Join local Phillip Island photographer Peter Fogarty for a informative wildlife photography workshop exploring how images can capture both the beauty and importance of the natural world.

From whales at the surface to changing light, wide southern skies and small details in the landscape, Peter will share how curiosity and connection to nature shape his approach to photography.

This session will also highlight how citizen science and whale photography combine the power of public observation with the art of image-making to help researchers identify, monitor, and protect whale population.
