    Dedicated accessible parking is located to the rear of the Festival Hub in the Transit Centre Carpark, accessible from both Church and Chapel Streets.

    The Festival Hub is located in Cowes, directyl next to the Cowes Transit Centrewhere daily bus services arrive, and 600m from the Cowes Jetty where the passenger ferry arrives.

    FERRY (passenger only)

    Western Port Ferries – Passenger ferry service runs between Stony Point on the Mornington Peninsula, Tankerton on French Island and Cowes on Phillip Island.

    Connect to the ferry via the V-Line train running from Frankston to Stony Point and catch the passenger ferry to Cowes, Phillip Island. Please check with the operator's website.

  • In Cowes, there is unmetered parking behind the Festival Hub at the Cowes Transit Centre. Enter from Church or Chapel Streets. There is also 2 hour parking available along Thompson Avenue and further along behind Priceline.

    Council has introduced Smart Parking to areas and Cowes. Supported by a Smart Parking availability app to help visitors and local residents find a park faster.

  • All venues are fully accessible for wheelchairs, prams and those with mobility needs. If you have any concerns please get in touch so we can answer any questions.

    The Berninneit Theatre has wheelchair accessible seating.

  • We accept companion cards for all ticketed events. Wildlife Coast Cruises offer discounts for Companion Cards.

  • First Aid services are available in the Festival Hub, and other festival venues.

    The Phillip Island Community Hospital is located at 50-58 Church Street, Cowes, with urgent care services open 24/7.

  • The Festival Hub, located at Berninneit is home to accessible bathroom facilities and a Changing Places Facility is located at the rear of the building.

  • You can discuss your mobility needs with a range of providers on Phillip Island.
