As part of the Phillip Island Whale Festival, the Phillip Island Winery is hosting a black tie dinner to mark the Winter Solstice. A menu built around the season will showcase local produce, with truffles featured throughout and wines paired to match. Live music carries through the evening, with telescopes set across the lawn for stargazing between courses.
